The Wedding Room.

This grand and impressive room was once the Council Chamber. On the first floor and accessed via a wide staircase or the newly installed lift, it is finished in dark oak panelling and is large enough to accommodate up to 60 people with seating available in a variety of configurations to suit many kinds of events including Weddings and Civil Ceremonies, for which the whole Town Hall is fully licensed.  It is also suitable for many other kinds of events such as larger meetings and gatherings where a grand and distinguished venue of this kind would be ideally suited. Available to hire on its own or as part of the larger venue.

 


Other Facilities.

Our Town & Community Hall also boasts a fully equipped catering standard kitchen which can accommodate the needs of virtually any event the building can host. Facilities in the building will also soon include WIFI access throughout as well as computer equipment and a projector which can he hired for meetings and presentations. There is also an IT room that can be separately accessed and hired as temporary office space for anyone needing to 'hot desk' in a civilised environment whilst in the town.

Our new and impressive glazed lobby area can be made available for pop-up shops and small exhibitions where visibility from the outside of the building is an advantage.
